For maximum benefit, a “Ketamine Coach” is highly recommended in combination with IV Ketamine Therapy. We encourage each participant to use one of our Ketamine Coaches for intention setting and integration sessions. It is imperative to check in and communicate with our trusted Coaches while on the path to healing. We offer a $400, 4 hour bank to be used at the clients and Ketamine Coaches discretion.

Consultations

Consultations are scheduled before initiating a treatment protocol. They last anywhere from 30 minutes to 1 hour. A credit card deposit of $50 is required to hold your appointment. A cancelation without notification will forfeit the deposit. If you decide to move forward with treatment, the deposit will be deducted from the cost of treatment.

Each appointment varies in length depending on your chief complaint. Typically, 40 min infusion appointments take just under 2 hours.

Cancellations

If you find that you need to cancel an appointment, please give as much notice as possible so that we can schedule people that are on our waiting list. You will be personally charged for your appointment if not canceled at least 24 hours in advance other than for emergency reasons.

Payments & **Discounts

To improve access of care, we have partnered with a lending company, Advance Care. We encourage you to visit their website for more information and to apply for 0% interest for 14 months.

We greatly appreciate payment in full prior to the start of your 6- infusion protocol ($100 savings). We accept all major credit cards and HSA (Health Savings Account). If you do not have a charge card, we also accept cash and money order. Please make money orders out to Mind & Body Wellness Center, LLC.

**We offer a discount of 10% for active military, veterans, teachers, and first-line responders.
